The Best Sites Report is as much a process as an event. We have been asked the question a hundred times: "Where is the best place to practice?" Obviously, the answer will depend on a number of variables such as what kind of setting the dentist prefers, where they grew up. And whether they prefer a big city or a small town. It may even depend upon what kind of weather they like most.
This Report will ask the dentist to answer some questions and then to rank in order of priority some demographic variables. Of course, we will also ask if there is a geographic preference for the best practice (i.e., California, Miami, or Dallas County). By means of a proprietary ranking method, we will look at every Zip Code in the United States and pick the top ten than meet YOUR Best Places to Put a Practice.
The Best sites Report will list the City, County, and Zip Code that most closely matches the criteria in order of their "intensity" in matching the ideal. Then we will provide in order of this intensity:
- Population growth over the last ten years and next five years
- Number of Households
- Population Density
- Housing Type (Homes, Apartments, Trailers, Etc.)
- Median Age and Breakout by Age Group
- Educational Achievement
- Number of Employees (and Blue Collar/White Collar Ratio)
- Employment Type
We then provide a map that depicts each of the Ten Areas showing major transportation arteries, landmarks, Zip Code boundaries, and much more.
Ordering
When ordering, you will be sent to a place to pay for the Report and then be admitted to the Query section. It is not necessary to answer or rank every item. Still, the more that is put in the Query, the more accurate we can be in our recommendation of the best sites within your chosen geography.
This Report is ONLY available via the Internet. A PDF copy of the Report is attached to an E-mail to the Purchaser. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide an e-mail address that can accept large attachments. Acrobat Reader is most often used to open PDF documents.
